Dutch Yellow shallots have thin skins and are easy to peel and have a unique mild sweet flavor that is much sought-after. High-yielding and delicious! Harvest timing is Early-Mid. Prone to bolting when Fall planted but will still have a high yield with excellent storage, and an added bonus of tasty shallot blossoms. These delicious shallots can be planted in the Fall with garlic, or in the Spring with main-season onions. *For Bulk pricing, choose 1 lb. option.
