Excellent flavor makes this variety very popular. Amazing when roasted – sweet! Nice bulbs with tall narrow cloves that hug the center stem tight. Keeps very well. Large bulbs with purple-striped wrappers, 8-12 cloves per bulb. Mid-late harvest.
